07.19.10Mondays With Uptown Cycles.Well today is Monday, and the ride from Uptown Cycles was a good one. Chris M. and I rode down from the ‘hood, and met Joey on the way. I also had the opportunity of sporting the first official 36SR Jersey on the streets of Noda/Charlotte! Needless to say (and the stats will speak to it) I was definitely going slow, looking fast! Here are the stats.

06.24.10Great turn out for group ride!I would like to thank everyone who showed up for the 1st official Thursday group ride for 36th Street Racing. Craig, Cameron and Chris were welcome additions! As with any ride with Shawn, we had some excitement on the ride. Good news is that Shawn wasn't the victim. We think that Shawn may have passed the flat tire bad luck over to Cameron. Sorry Cameron! Big thanks to Chris for being our "on road mechanic" As always, here are the stats.

06.22.10Tuesday June 22, 2010 – Garmin StatsWell once again, this ride take us a couple of laps around the booty loop, and then we head for a nice leisurely ride over past the Music Factory, before heading home. This ride felt much more my pace, but David and Joey were going easy. Kind of feel bad for them! ;-)

02.21.10Great weather, great ride!Today’s fabulous weather has resulted in Shawn and I hitting the booty loop. After a couple of laps, and learning that we are out of shape (but not as bad as initially thought) it turned out to be a great ride. Made a stop at Big Daddy’s burgers for a beer before heading home. Garmin stats to roll out later! [Matt]

02.04.10New! Garmin Edge 500New Garmin Edge 500 - Training session details.: This was the result of my second ride with my new Garmin Edge 500. It was a nice sunny day, so I made it in time to get out any allow it to properly calibrate the wheel size. The Edge allows me to upload my activities to the Garmin Connect site and share with all of you. Pretty interesting stats. Check it out!
