8a, Assault on Morrow Mountain. “The Assault on Morrow Mountain route is a loop with 3 rest stops along the route. Make sure you leave a little “gas in the tank” because the real ride begins after the mountain. The majority of the elevation is in the last 30 miles including a monster climb at mile 55.

This months ride is sponsored by Team in Training. TnT members will provide support and rest stops for the ride and all ride proceeds will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Please consider making a minimum donation of $20. Registration is not required. All riders must sign a waiver at the start. No ride if below 40 degrees at the start, or the predicted chance of rain exceeds 50% before 11am.”

9a, 36th Street Racing Sunday Ride. Group departs from the corner of 36th & Yadkin. 53miles. Ride together to Stallings Road Park. Pack should stay together and relaxed tempo until the Lead/Chase split at Pine Grove Church Rd & Flowes Store Rd. Lead group rides at or near race pace, with ORGANIZED EFFORTS.
